I have reviewed over 15 cases now in the last 2 days...no cheaters so far, just hilarious silver kids getting wrecked.

these demos have more silver than the cutlery drawer

no, you have to have 150 competitive wins and be higher than silver elite, so nova and above.

you also have to have been a longtime member of the CS community, so they know you have played and seen enough to make rational decisions
