Orbs in pictures

Check out the pic, one of those famous orbs, took by my pops so I highly doubt it's a shop. How can one explain these other then it's a ghost?

part of my job as a VFX artist is frame cleanup. when the film is being developed ocasionaly dust will land on the negitive and creat what is called a dust hit. thats prety much what they look like and was the first thing i thought of.
