It's not hate, it's feedback with valid points that he needs to work on if he wants to become a Moderator on the servers. Your joke is getting old. Obviously being respectful about these points isn't working. You call it hate, I call it brutal honesty that is WAY overdue.

NoNeed, I have said and will continue to say that you need to improve your attitude. Why? Because you do. I was on two days ago and you were still talking over people and STILL failing to even acknowledge it. And Locate may not have a problem with you, but I do, which I already addressed in my first post on this thread. This has not changed.

+1 for me. NoNeed is a nice enough guy, I've seen him on trade server #2 quite frequently. He enforces the rules, and doesn't feed the trolls. He has a point, when people like locate and cmp go to bed, nobody is on to enforce the rules, I myself and NoNeed have been on at these times, quite a scarey place with no mods to lay down the law.

im not BLAMING you for anything my bad if it happens but i know for a fact another mod or admin would have told me i was other wise and most of the time if i ever do its cause most people will start talking delay for 4ish seconds i start to talk and then i get run over. and why is it when i try and do a trade and i get inturupted you never say anything about them?

Because funnily enough, other regulars get to that first and the person in question stops interrupting, or at least tries to. But here's where the situation is different with you. Either you'll interrupt them and just keep talking, or they'll interrupt you and you verbally assault them for interrupting you, not even giving them the chance to say sorry.

so far from what ive collected about you so far as were disscussing it seems like you think this is a joke. the whole "I like debating" and "Checkmate?" isnt needed maybe if you dident play pretend on all of these "alt" accounts that you talk so much about and were on your real account then maybe you could have gotten rid of the mic spammer that was on while you were on your "alt" account on server 2 you were there for a good 5 mins while he did this you left and dident come back on mod account or anything else.

I don't want to get in this argument but i'd like to point out that there were no mods that noneed and I had added on our friends list to add until Kandi came on and I called her over.

Like I said, you could've hopped on the forums / reported / etc || Mods don't live on the server
And the main point I was arguing against is how he said "seemed like you dident care" which came out of nowhere

and since you deleted this, NNFH said in reply to Henry:

If we give you mod just for staying up late, we would have to give it to everyone else

My alt "account" is my real account... Just with a different name. When I was there no one was spamming. You could've asked me to mute him, you have a mic.

ok yea i can use chat but i payed for my mic im going to use it i dont "freak out" me pointing out everything? what about the the whole 3 paragraph response i see some other mod apps its a couple of words but when its me its different. i know we all cant be as perfect as you cmp and i know you dont like me but seriously just drop its like every time your on the server you try and attack me with every little thing that i do unlike you im on every single day no matter what i use my mic and im constantly doing givaways out of my kindness of my heart every time i walk into the server im greeted with whats up and how are you doing, i wear the darkly tag unlike most of the mods and admins. i pretty much give this server all i have and your just trying to put me down.

Because every little thing you do that I've pointed out is exactly what a Mod shouldn't do. They shouldn't argue with an Admin, they shouldn't excessively yell at people and they shouldn't interrupt people.

I don't have to be online everyday to be an effective Admin and the reason I don't wear the Darkly tag ingame anymore is so when someone needs help, they'll see my Admin tag next to my username. And for the short time you were on my friends list, you never once asked for help with a situation ingame and you've never made a report on the forums.

I never said I was perfect. Anyone that really knows me knows I'm far from perfect. But the difference between you and I is when I make a mistake, I step and take responsibility and I learn from it.

Ok, Mizz/Cmp/NoNeed, I understand from this forum post that you guys have issues with one another. I know at this point I have no business getting this far into this conversation on a mod app, but seriously, this argument has gone on FAR ENOUGH. I know I'm talking to people with higher authority than me, and this could possibily bite me in the ass in the VERY near future, but this is ridiculous. I'm sure NoNeed will agree with me on this and in the hopes it doesn't offend him; sure he has made some mistakes during his time on Darkly servers, BUT slowly but surely, he is improving on Darkly servers, and also proving at a steady rate in MY opinion that he is definitely trying to show he would make a good mod on Darkly. Now Mizzter/NoNeed story, the whole thing between you 2 is none of my business, so I'll stay out of that bit. But for Cmp/NoNeed I 100% understand you 2 STRONGLY hate each other for MULTIPLE reasons. I have received on both of your guys' sides that you hate each other, fine. But please, can you guys make a truce that can make you guys leave it in the past and such. I know Cmp, you hate NoNeed for your reason, as well do you Mizzter, and NoNeed, well you get the idea. I honestly through time and and EXTREME amount on patience NoNeed has what it takes to be a good moderator on TF2. I have high hopes for him, I know you guys have stated in past threads why you don't approve of him becoming a mod, which is your guys' perspective and not mine. But seriously, if you guys give NoNeed a chance for him to make a good impression in front of you guys in the VERY near future, not only would he VERY much appreciate it, but I would also. I know I 'm sticking my head out WAY past the safe zone on this with me being a Darkly Moderator. But please, Cmp/NoNeed/Mizzter, PLEASE make a truce or something with one another. I know I have good friendships with Cmp and NoNeed; the both of you. I respect both of you guys VERY much, and I don't want to loose your guys' friendship over a simple thread post on a mod app, but I mean come on now. I don't care how many times I repeat myself, make a truce or do something, I honestly don't want to see this argument go on anymore.

Haha, but in all honestly Mizzter, I am NOT honestly trying to start a new arguement(though I have a bad feeling it'll lead up to that). My e-mail inbox was being flooded with the arguement on this mod app. I'm just saying I want to give NoNeed a chance for his mod app, but everyody is entitled to their opinion about someone, but I won't go on after this, I just hate seeing this arguement draw-out like this.
