yeah i know. i tried my best. i had to pick apart the layers as best as possible so that the new hue of the banner wouldnt interrupt the characters...

EDIT: in other words, i had to soffen the edges of the layers. its slightly blurry so that it wasnt so sharp to the point where you could tell its been cut.
