[NEED HELP/THOUGHTS] Custom Rig

I've met with a couple buddies on the weekend that bought parts and couldn't build it, so they went to a friend who lives all the way in Cambridge and had him assemble it. The parts, plus to drive from Vaughan to Cambridge (1.5 hours drive!) , was STILL cheaper than getting a pre-made system he was looking at from CC.

You CAN get away with a lesser video card if you're not a big gamer, tell me and I'll adjust it. If you're not a big gamer, I'll adjust motherboard as well.

All parts above have been compared between TigerDirect, CanadaComputers (you'll notice neither of these companies have won because they're shit, and so are their prices), NCIX and Newegg. I would straight up buy the above rig.

Not a big gamer; you can tone it down :)
Need some confirmation though; don't start building yet xd.
1. If anything goes haywire or breaks hardware side can I contact you and have you fix it (1-2 year warranty)?
2. Genuine Windows 8 please (or at least install a copy that doesn't say "Activate Windows") :). I have that problem with my laptop.... it's annoying.
3. Thermaltake Armor Revo Gene Snow Edition case please :).
4. Not quite sure what a mobo is... hopefully that means cooler/fan? ;p
5. Will this last 5 years no problem, light gaming (2 hours a week)?
6. Shipping fees? (will give you postal code).

I'm GTA buddy, we'll meet somewhere, I'll take everything, build it, install Windows 7 and activate (I can't get Win8 yet, haven't even looked for a good copy yet), give you Office Home & Student 2010 (legit, I'll just give you my key lol) and do your drivers, updates etc.

When I'm done (give me about a day), and I'll give you the built comp, all your boxes etc.

EDIT: I work in scarborough, by 401/404 and I think I remember you saying that's near you. You can come to my office and drop shit off, and I'll bring it for you to pick up. This will save us both some driving...
