I have 23 Dr's Dapper Toppers but i am looking to get every color and every level i don't have, so i will buy the hat from you because i need a lot more. If it is painted a color i have i will pay nothing extra for the paint already on it considering all i will do is re paint it.If it isn't a paint i own i will pay half of the market value for it.Also i may need some paints. As a side note if it is a lvl 69 i want it i also want a lvl 42.

However, for level 69, my friend's trying to get rid of a Respectless Rubber Glove, clean, dropped, for 2 Refined, if you're a level collector that is.

No i am not a lvl collector just like collecting these hats. I really don't even know why, there just awesome in my opinion.

Oh thats great it is a level i don't own either, but on another note all Dr's Dapper Topper won't have a craft #. So sadly i can't get a craft #1
