So currently I am buying part when I see good deals, and I am planning to finish this rig around April.

So far I have the following parts:

For SLI PSU, try Corsair. For the price, they offer some great shit. I have the "Xtreme Gaming" version of this PSU (I'm guessing it's just a sales pitch, and it's really just the same PSU):

As for sound-cards I have no idea. I use integrated sound on my motherboard (Asus P5K-E wifi/Ap), which uses Optical out, SPDIF (Digital Coaxial), or 7.1 Discrete out. Currently, I just use the 7.1 with a simple headphone "in" and mic "in". Someone who knows more about sound-cards can answer your question MUCH better than me.
