What does Normal mean? How do you get a normal Black Rose?

It was the same quality as stock weapons, i.e. "Normal". Glitched, I believe there are only three.

Normal is glitched. No idea how you do it, my guess is that it's like with the painted Cow Manglers, there is a VERY very small window of time to get it.

According to stats.tf there are 3 normal black roses, 5 normal bats, 1 normal pan, and 1 normal pretty boy's pocket pistol.
