Texting while driving. I've done it, i'm sure a lot of people do. Look at this idiot not even glancing at the road until it's too late. If i text while driving, which i rarely ever do, i keep an eye on the road and the other eye on my phone. It's this voodoo trick us Haitians can do. YES we can look in two different directions at once...
No but seriously, at least glance at the road every two seconds and keep a SAAAAFE distance. Dont keep your head down until you're done texting. Moron...

They are going to enforce that law very soon according to the paper.. In about 2 - 3 weeks time if the cops see you talking on a cell phone while driving they can slap you with a $500 fine... That's if they have nothing better to do of course I can only assume. Bluetooths and headsets are fine but if you have the phone to your ear they can now pull you over...

And I for one am glad they are enforcing this new cell phone law. So many times I've seen dumb bitches make stupid mistakes on the road, and not even realize what they did because they're too busy talking on a celly. I'm a road nazi with huge road rage so I notice that shit all the time.
