Mod commands not working

I just tested my mod commands for ban and mute on a couple of different DARKLY trading servers. I can hit F4 and bring up the mod command selection and sort through the various actions and names in the servers, but none of them work. There are currently several trolls in Darkly trading #3 telling racist jokes about Jews and "nigg*rs"(their words, not mine) and I can not do anything but warn them which is doing no good. I believe they were previously posting porn links, but I joined just to hear about it and did not see it. Please fix my mod commands ASAP. Also, I need to always be posting my request in the wrong part of the forum. If this is the wrong location, please let me know how to navigate to the correct location.

Did you speak to any other Mods/Admins, were their commands working?

Gatherix did you see this and fix it or..?

I do not see any errors in the corresponding configurations, and other Mods have reported their abilities to be functioning perfectly. Bird Of PrAy, can you try using your abilities without the use of any personal binds, scripts, et cetera so we can eliminate that variable?

Additionally, you are always encouraged to file a report if you cannot properly address a situation.

Did you get their Steam ID's? Did you come here and tell anyone about it so we can perm-ban them? You don't need admin to do any of those.

add this to your config:

bind j status

Now any time in game, hit J, and console will spit out all players and Steam ID's. We could have banned them here on the site within a minute of you posting.
