It's not outdated..
Brades removed it shortly after it was implemented because it would class the exact same area in both worlds as the arena.
If there is some kind of way to make it so that it doesn't affect the main world and only the spawn world...that would be great.
But I don't think there is.

Latest version on BukkitDev.
Our server's running 1.4.5-R0.2.
When I attempted to put it on the server, most plugins started messing up, and an ass load of errors spammed the console. A huge plugin like MobArena has to be consistently updated for it to work.
There isn't a way for it to affect only just one world (that I know of).
