It's a sad state of affairs when I get complaints and whining about why I banned someone for racism... I think my Faith in Humanity level just tanked...

This player has been issued a 30-minute ban for racism, but I hardly think this is sufficient in my personal opinion.

His chat only shows one violation. I doubt his intention was to be completely racist. 30 minute ban is sufficient, any further complaints or violations will result in a lengthier ban. (Just judging from your screen shot and his chat log, a warning would have been enough.)
