Ban request for MAkAVELI - Mic spamming.

11:05pm (and onward) GMT. 30th of August 2013. TF2 Trade/Idle Toronto #2.

He joined at around 11:00 - 11:05pm, played a small part of a rap tune that dropped a couple of N bombs. Did it a second time, then he played the entire song. After this song was finished he played a 2nd, and then a 3rd. I left the server after taking some demos (reason for the 'and onward') to upload them and what-not, he was still doing it when I left.

Although a second video may not be required, I uploaded it anyway. Sorry for my music in the background, It gets paused at 0:09.

EDIT: Rejoined Toronto #2 just now, 12:21pm GMT, and he's still here, no mic spamming though. Will edit again when he leaves and watch him incase he starts up again.

EDIT: My mistake, he is still spamming. for some reason when i was on blue I couldn't hear his mic at all.
