m4p to mp3 conversion

I received as gifts some iTunes store gift cards and as a result I've got a load of mixed mp3s and m4p files in my library.

I'd like to convert those in the m4p format to get rid of the annoying iTunes activation and to be able to play them through other devices. I know it can be done via burning to playable audio CD and re-ripping in mp3 format. That is just way too time consuming. I know there are applications out there that handle this as well. I'd like some suggestions if anyone has any so I don't spend a great deal of time testing and sorting things.

Any suggestions?

I dunno if this will help, I used an old version seemed to do the trick.

they have a DRM converter to anything you want, it will automatically link to your iTunes library and you can choose to do a single playlist.

thanks for the suggestions guys...

Seems like Cock's recommendation just automates the way I already know how to do it. Interesting, but apparently you can't try the windows version without buying it.

Death's version targets an earlier version of iTunes (current version doesn't have the options listed in that doc).

I'll do some more searching on my own. I know I can figure it out, but I wanted to be lazy.
