I just have a brief question regarding the free key contest. I was a winner of one of the free keys during the event this January, but yet I don't seem to have received the key yet. The official post said to simply add the Darkly Gaming Network to the steam friends, and I did this, but nothing has happened regarding that transaction since I first hit the "add friend" button. Darkly isn't showing up on my steam friends, and I have a feeling that it didn't go through correctly. I was just wondering if there was an error in communication or something, but it's been a few weeks, and I'd really like some sort of assistance or closure on the matter.

Thank you very much, I appreciate the help. I don't know whether this changes things, but I just hit the friend button again right after posting this, and it looks like it went through. It probably just didn't go through the first time I hit it in January (I have a really bad connection, so I'm not surprised at all if something like that happened).

Edit: There might have been another error in the transaction in regards to which computer I use. The one I'm on right now can access Steam, but can't run TF2 or trade with it. I have another that I keep at home that can access both Steam and TF2 trading. It's possible that a trade was made before today, but I was on the wrong computer at the time. I don't know whether this was the issue or not, but we might not be missing each other, it might just be the wrong computer to make the transaction. I usually use the good computer between 5 and 7 EST. I hope this information helps clear things up.

Hello. You were added to the contacts the day you won. I check every day for outstanding keys, seaplant11 had not been online for 10+ days. I just checked today, and you were last online 21 hours ago. So up until yesterday, you had not been online in a while at least not on that account if you have multiple ones, hence why you never got your key. I will keep checking daily to see if I can catch you online and give you your key.

I have been using a friend's account for the past two weeks, so that's probably why it never went through. I didn't make the connection that both users had to be online in order for the transaction to be made, which was kind of stupid of me. I will use my regular account ONLY for the next few days and hope that it goes through. Thank you for the assistance (and for the key), and I hope everything works out.
