If you're talking about when I get angry at people who don't play for objectives, or who are not team players, yeah I can be annoying. Lucky for me when you (or the other admins) start playing you enforce map objectives and generally make the server enjoyable to play on. I respect your criticism but my respect does not mean I have to agree with you.

I played for a while as Phail and iPhail... I played for a long time as Aphex, then when you guys changed the forums and went to gameme for stats I started to play as Kato. I've been around since the days of Kirock banning everyone (I miss that guy :P)
