I've tried to be open minded about this, but frankly it sucks. I'm sympathetic to everyone's point of view, but just occasionally it would be nice to be able to pick which team I'm on. I think I've been placed on CT once since this went into effect. A little variety would be nice from time to time.

you can stack kills on any team and anymap if you know the layout and if the teams are even.
although i will admit that the randomization has not really helped with one-sided encounters.

And we are back to the subject of when there is stacking the only way to make it right is for the ones with the gift of admin to do what they see fit, shift players around. Because With or Without the auto there is still a problem!!! It's not that big of a deal if the admins punch their timecard when entering the server. I see no reason to keep arguing this same topic. Now i am going to go auto pick my team and play me some cs.

well I don't know who complained about this in the first place, but our population is built based around our configuration. I for one don't play on servers that auto-join, and when I play around with the popular servers out there, [-Q-], they don't use it either.
