Be careful with this as maps have a finite amount of spawn points. This type of change may bring us back to an old issue where players will spawn into each other and be stuck for the round.

That's a server convar that I'm not familiar with (the default value, specifically). I'm only lending my map-making perspective to the conversation in hopes it helps the greater cause.
