I've kept thinking about this. How many jumps/moves on your portfolio? Honestly, if you don't have any qualifications, employers then look to "softer" skills.
Ability to deal with tough people, reliability, loyalty to a company. Honestly, I'd stick it out, nothing looks worse on your resume than a shit load of 4 months jobs. If it were one or two, thats understandable, but 4-5, and its you.

yea, well dealing with tough people is the first thing anyone thinks of when i tell them what i do so that's not a problem, also i've been with the company for a decent while now. i was thinking that maybe it's time to update my image within the company and always be on time and doing more than is required for a few months to prove i'm worthy of promotion.
im planning on going back to school next year on a big osap loan so i want to earn as much money as i can before then and invest it in something that will ease the debt load i'm gonna be hit with when i graduate. not stocks or risky shit just something stable and tax-protected.
looked into that TCC thing but my friend's dad works there and it's really more of a long-term career, same thing with electrician. i'm just looking to make as much money as possible in the shortest time frame because i have bigger goals.
good ideas, thanks guys
