You don't have to be a TD member to come. You *do* however, have to be not so new that at least people know you because there was a meet once where this guy just dropped in on us (I blame 47 btw -- i think -- for advertising it to him) and he totally killed it and we want to avoid shit like that again because it just ain't fun.
