Anytime is bad. Bringing down servers is going to piss someone off in some timezone. Who knows, it could be a critical update or something.

Whatever, we all know that North America is the #1 market, and we take up a majority of the steam accounts (I think :P ) ... let those europeans have downtime, not us... they usually get the shaft anyways
