Is there any way to tone down the income for cts on hostage maps?

It can get pretty ridiculous sometimes, especially if the teams are one sided. Everyone gets a ton of money for rescues and pick ups, and it really makes the games unbalanced. Even if the T's are the better team, they can get screwed because the ct's get way more money for doing not too much. A 1-10 player can have 16k in the bank and it's stupid. And If the ct side is better, it's just as well to afk and go for a wank because you have no chance at all.

long hall is the hardest to defend, so they will most of the time grab the hostage there... there should be away to lower the reward money somehow, should make a poll or something if we should lower it or not
