Ha! Automated...what a load of crap.

Technical problems will cause more losses than humans, because the risk is always there that someone will hijack/hack accounts,, forums, etc...just for that sweet, sweet cash. Plus, nothing feels more fun than trading with people. :3

Well, the risk always exist. However we don't use special accounts, don't collect emails addresses, we use Valve OpenId. From the user perspective in the worst case scenario someone could steal user trading history, that's it.
Regarding the fun part... Well, running the trading service is fun too:)
