I use Magic DVD Ripper to convert files... and Nero to burn the discs... can be found on any torrent site...

burning shit i use infrarecorder, free as well

download nero off a site man, it does that shit, though it takes forever to re-encode and turns out shittier quality then what you had to begin with, it's not ideal...
