I got banned for a week.

I'm not gonna appeal since it's temporary, but I made this thread because I have absolutely no clue why I was banned. There was no reason specified, so yeah...

Only thing I can think of getting banned for is pushing Tick Tock out of spawn as a joke while he was AFK. I personally don't see this being a reason to ban for a week, but whatever.

Excuse me, but I don't recall intentionally trolling. Also, when the spycrab finished I stood inbetween the participants once. I also don't quite remember any instructions aside from you telling me not to interfere, which I responded to saying that it had finished anyway. I also stopped.

So to recap, you were instructed to stay back by an admin, you chose to ignore and refute the instructions and you ran in the middle anyway......and you are confused as to why you are banned. Either you suffer from some manner of brain damage or the troll-like behavior is so ingrained in your personality that you don't even recognize it.

You have demonstrated REPEATEDLY a total lack of respect for server rules, been dismissive and contrary if not outright argumentative with admins - shown a utter lack of courtesy to anyone else trying to spycrab.....that's pretty much how a habitual troll operates.

Personally I think the community would be better off if you were just gone for good - we don't need people who behave like this on our servers.

No, you have misunderstood. I was instructed to stay back by an admin AFTER I went in the spycrab (which, to remind you, had finished), then I stopped accordingly.

Also, my bad reputation started from me having sound muted and not paying attention to chat, and I was very confused after being kicked. So I don't really see anything wrong there considering I learnt from my mistake and now have unmuted mics. I can't even remember the second time, but I probably did something wrong then, and I apologize for that. This is only the second incident, which I personally think is rather small because I thought that it was OK to move into a finished spycrab. Apparently not, and I can assure you, you won't see me doing it again. I am sorry for my actions, and I hope you understand my opinions on them.

Perhaps you have chosen to forget our past interactions - I have not. There is a reason you are one of the first and few PERMANENT members of the Spycrab Shit List, your history of this sort of behavior is extensive. I have personally observed you doing this same kind of shit on quite a few occasions, and the whole "I had mics muted" routine doesn't fly, particularly when you have often responded with smartass comments to things said over the mic.

I will also point out that I posted a copy on the Spycrab Shit List in the Admins Only section of the forums (8 months ago) - and the very first response was another admin pointing out that while he didn't know the rest of the troublemakers there - he recognized you, and surprise surprise commented that you frequently did the same kind of nonsense noted here.

Perhaps you have fooled yourself, or perhaps you are trying to fool us - it doesn't matter which - your history here is well documented.

And by the way, on the server I never actually intended to be a "Spycrab Shit" (lol I love how you use the term formally), but I guess a lot of crap I did which wasn't really meant to mean much added up and now I'm considered a shit. I'm not usually like this, and usually I'm generally a nice guy. Not like it matters, but yeah.

2 things:
1. the "Spycrab Shit List" is an actual list of player names and SteamIDs - created to keep track of people who repeatedly interfere in Server Events, no one has ever made the list from a single incident - and the very few permanent members were upgraded after repeated incidents - you were the second one to do so. If you really only remember 2 incidents either you are suffering from memory loss or extensive self-delusion.

2. @Cmp™ is one of the more laid-back admins here - he usually doesn't take this sort of admin action for a single incident (or often any action for a single incident except maybe a verbal warning), you had to do something several times in order for him to be willing to ban you.

Do svidaniya! - I will not miss you.

Here is what happened that day you were banned that lead up to your ban:
You were arguing with Tick (who was talking over the mic, which refutes your mute claim).
I heard many people say MeButYou, stop interfering, including Fear The Elderly, a regular is probably even more laid back than I am.
The last incident was you pushing Tick out of spawn, which I know damn well he'd told you not to do.

And Tick's shitlist isn't exactly easy to get on. One typically has to make an effort at interfering to land on the lost, exponentially more so to be a permanent member of the list.

So please take this time off to reflect on your attitude. I don't like permbanning people (except hackers and scammers), but I can if necessary. Please take positive advantage of this last chance to improve your attitude.
