How to and advice on clans

I'm New Here
HELLO! I AM MORIMASA IMAI!
and currently, I am trying to create a clan.
AND before you (might) judge me for being moronic, here is the deal:

  1. I am a little new and have just heard of clans
  2. I am new to the servers, but not the game
  3. I want to get together and play!
So, first off, I want to know the basic "How to" make a clan,
Second (optional) some advice on how to advise and succeed in clans

1st rool of clandum. Have a guy like LB. He seriously holds this shit down. We call him mum for good reason.
2nd rool of clandum. Have a guy like Steve. He keeps the shit out. No weakness with him.
3rd rool of clandum. Have a guy like town drunk. He has, without fail, for the past 10 fucking years, populated our servers first and foremost, without asking for anything in return, and in fact, probably doesn't know the frums URL or even have a user name. He's the best.

The rest of us are merely the bacon bits in the salad bar of clans.
