So my nephew, Zack Warden, is a pro BMX Vert rider. He is really amazing and came to Minneapolis last week for a competietion. While he was in town, he was trying to show his fun uncle how to do a trick on the vert ramp. The trick is here:

I must say I was able to do it a whole 1 time out of the 10 or so I tried it. I fell on my head more times than I care to admit. So now I have an excuse for playing so poorly. <yay me!>
