Fraps broke, so no recording of the actual micspam, BUT after I muted him the first time, then kicked him when he mouthed off in chat, he threatened to micspam again.

Just a note: I realize micspam isn't a big deal, but this glowing example of intelligence blatantly said that he would continue micspamming if he didn't get permbanned. I'm perfectly fine to give him what he wants, especially because he insulted Darkly.
