Hello TD, It appears that i am banned from your guys server. Im not really sure why. In the global bans console it says i was banned almost 2 years ago, but i don't recall ever visiting your guys server. Also there is no reason given, so maybe it was a mistake or something.

Anyways, im a real cool dude and i love to casually play CS:S and also live in Ontario :). From your guys stats page player list, ive played with many of your regulars so im sure they can vouch for me. Hopefully this can be sorted out in the near future!

Your ban was from an import, so unfortunately the specific reason of your ban is unknown. However, it was previous to October 2009, so I'll assume it might have something to do with you being from a certain Toronto-based community? I assume that since I can see you once tried to enter our server with their URL in your name. I might be mistaken, but I think one of the times you were blocked was the last time we had a bit of trouble from another server's regulars coming into our servers, advertising, flashing teammates, and otherwise being pretty rude (although I might be confusing you with a player named "rounz").

Just an innocent question: Why the desire now to play on DARKLY servers? It's been banned for 2 years+ after all.

We'll discuss this and get back to you. Thanks!

Edit: I should add we're never opposed to players from other communities playing here; we welcome it. We just don't want anymore trouble.

Hey, yeah i see what you are talking about with me entering with the wtfgaming tag but that was only recently. That's not really a advertising gimmick just a community tag for people who play there i guess. I know there has been bad blood, but i mean no harm. And no i am definitely not rounz, he is a different player.

And i dont mind the question at all, as i said i dont even recall ever entering your server before and it wasn't until just recently where i saw your communities name so i decided to check it out! Just playing around in different Canadian servers, that's all : )

We understand that. Wearing a URL tag is a good way to get people to visit the site, but it's different when it's done on another server. :) Obviously you weren't banned for that though.
