pull the CMOS off the MOBO and wait a bit? that would reset the firmware on the MOBO, other then that... you could probably get a live USB bootable windows from a friend or something and boot from that so you could atleast get into your windows from a temp installation and replace the fucky files.

In case you have not, open up your tower and clean it. After that, look around your hardware, check for any lose/damaged wires, or anything out of the norm you might find that an important wire could be causing some of this fuss.

I actually did that yesterady, everything was plugged in properly :/ I even rewired and tidied a bit.

I can, yes. I can start in safe mode. Just a heads up though, it doesn't change anything.

Yes it does, if you can get in safe mode you can uninstall corrupt updates and reinstall them therefore repairing windows. You can also restore (easier option I suggest you do). Do it!!
