I think you have the wrong guy....

The ID on the ban doesn't match the id you gave me STEAM_0:1:171788718 "Bart" vs. STEAM_0:0:92173292 "Agente Zer0"
Also, in the future Loch, It would be appreciated if you could try and render the video in a better quality, as It's hard to see the hacker's name on the server to compare to the id....

Upon further research, the ID you gave me seems to not match the time frame of the ban since the guy has been offline for six days (Another thing you should include in the report: Time of the offense and server number) and the recent nicknames of the accused doesn't match the name I can barely make out in the video.
