That's what I was thinking...
Although I believe there are programs out there that allow you to use those same commands without being an Admin.
Not sure what kind of programs they are though.

Not a rogue admin - for the time being, considering in all aspects an attack on the server (most likely client-side hacks). I'll prowl through the servers logs, there's a lot of errors that have sprung up recently. I'm going to implement another update soon, focused on fixing current errors and beefing up the server security (including auto-banning obvious hackers. Yay!), which is something we really need. Could have to do with the current errors and bugs that have been going on too, some form of exploit.

I don't have access at the moment - can someone (@zackychuu Fiend) perm these guys?
