Bye everyone!

I'm off to Boston again for my final audition for Berklee.
This will be the "make or break" audition that will let me know if I have made it into the school or not...

So I'm leaving tonight and I will be back Sunday afternoon/night!

Don't get too fagish while I'm gone :D

Well this was definitely one of the longest days of my life!
Hahaha.
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, though.
It was pretty laid back, just a really long day.

It started at 10AM and I had to sit through a whole bunch of presentations from the school until 2:30 which was my call time so they could lock me into a room to practice and warm up by myself...
So at around 2:00 there was a student performance and behind them was this huge screen behind them with names for who was being called up next and what chair we had to sit in.
So I was seated in chair #10 and this guy comes over to me and takes me to the elevator and brings me to the 3rd floor where he stuffed me into a room with a piano and a book open to a random page and told me I had 15 minutes to look over that piece and learn it however I wanted.
Cool.
My piece was the first 8 bars to Stevie's "Mr. Know-It-All" which is one of my favourite songs so I already knew it.
(Lawl, score!)

At the end of my 15 minutes, he came back and took me back to the elevator and we went down to the basement below the lobby where I waited in a hallway with 2 other kids for my audition part of the process.
From where I was sitting, I could kind of see into the room where the auditions were being held and I was the only vocalist there at the time, so everything was really quiet and I could see one of the profs in there--he looked really mean so I was peeing my pants praying he just LOOKED mean.

Anyways, the other two people that were there with me went in and then it was my turn and I met the mean looking guy and another guy and they were actually really really really really really nice laid back profs that were happy to finally meet a vocalist and blah blah blah.
So I sang my piece for them, they asked me a few questions about myself and how long I've been singing and then I did a few clap backs/sing backs/sight reading + the Stevie song.
They thanked me for coming, said I did a very good job and they were very impressed and that we'd keep in touch and then I went back outside and was taken to the top floor for my interview.

Another hour or whatever went by, (note: I did not have my cell phone with me because I do not have roaming on my phone, so it was off up in my hotel room and I do not own any form of watches so I had no idea what the time was!) and then I was taken into this room with a couch and a big window and stuff with this guy who asked me more questions about myself and derp derp derp, he was happy I came, he was happy I took so much interest into Berklee and we said good-bye, he said thank you again and then I took the elevator back down to the lobby and left with a huge smile on my face (as I was told).
SO OVERALL,
I believe it went really well. I feel very confident with my performance and with my interview and I find out if I got in on January 31st.

*deep breath*
