1. Bike – 3-5 minutes to warm up, low setting
2. Stretching - Calf stretch, standing quad stretch,hamstring stretch
3. Bike – 10 minutes
4. Treadmill – 10 minutes
5. Cross Trainer – 10 minutes
6. Bench Press – 2 sets of 10
7. Rows – 4 sets of 10
8. Lat pull down – 2 sets of 10
9. Seated Dumbbell Deltoid Press – 2 sets of 10
10. Crunches, 2 sets of 20 straight, 2 sets of 20 to the left, 2 sets of 20 to the right
11. Bird/Dog, 2 sets of 10
12. Cat/Camel, 2 sets of 10
Off days, 5 sets of pushups, each until failure. Stand on the corner for 10 minutes, and try to pick a fight with every passerby near my weight class +/- 100 pounds. No one wants a piece of dead mike. Feelsgoodman.jpg
