just finished the last book. it was amazing. the 4th one sucked ass though and the second one was iffy at times... hopefully the show doesn't piffle out.

These books are massive with a fuck ton of characters and events. No way you can cram all that into a TV series and still make it as interesting as the show is. Even GRRM says he'd like to see some stuff but there's no way it would work.

Also, no news on Roose Bolton casting. Da fuck, mang?
