i have been playing Quake live online for a little bit now and its alot of fun so if anyone is in the mood for some old school FPS action you cant get much better than Quake for free :)

fuck yeah quake 1 shareware, you could type in something in the console and unlock the whole game.

online quake live is quake 3, released 1999.

you have to remember that UT ia a multi player game where quake has a solid single player and multi player. and quake is far more importent than UT quake basicly started competitive multi player fps gameing. but i agree UT was a better multie player game than Quake 3 but if it wasnt for Quake UT never would have been made and theres a good chance that css wouldnt have been made.

Unreal started my PC FPS gaming, Infiltration mod was the best... this is how I hack in cs :P ... headshots were the game.

you can get the orignal from here for dirt cheap, im thinking of grabbing the old fallout games for my laptop... duke 3d, blood, shadow warrior, these were some lulzy games as a kid haha.

DOOM got me into FPS gaming
PONG got me into gaming alltogether

im old, lol


EDIT: i remember i was about 5-6 yrs old and i saw PONG, i went fucking bananas. ive been playing games 8hr a day ever since.
