Apparently, DARKLY is one of the few communities that does this a freebie, others have to ask for a Community Tag (One that is the per-requisite before becoming a full member), which is what I was trying to do before I met SJ to ask about the Forums issues, since tags have some value in them, regardless if it means you belong in a clan or not, if one's behavior and actions dictate something that's noticeable or leaves a mark, then it tends to go far.
Supporting the community is a great example, but there are few who will take free tags and exploit them to their advantage, acting as if they joined the clan, abusing others, attempting to administrate the server, etc.
So in short, the answer we give, would probably raise several if not, hundreds of virtual eyebrows, but that's to be expected because people don't seem to give a fuck enough to visit a community's forums to see what's new and so forth, its people, like you have me, and others that are active and posting, that have some at the minimum care and desire to learn more and interact with the members that make DARKLY what it is.
Goes to show you how small and cruel the world is.
