I just finished Supreme Commander 2. I have a couple of thoughts on it, 1 the story was balls, started off with a rebellious UEF commander with his family caught in a generals racist fueled ambitions. Good story, then it "took a walk" after the story forces you to play as Illuminate then Cybran. Finding out this is all really about getting control of some doomsday/life saving device. 2 the upgrades and research points are a tool of the MP side of the game and should have stayed away from the story mode. I guess Im a old fashoned RTS player, new map new units and abilities, not research points and start over from scratch every map. But with that said I think the Scirmish and Mp is rock solid and well balanced. Anyone else buy it?

I just got the game darksiege, but I never played the first one so wanna go through the single player to get the hang of the play system. Maybe if I like it I'll do the multiplayer :P
