You are absolutely correct. There is an entry fee though (I mean, hey, the money's gotta come from somewhere right?). It's $25, and you can pay that to TD via PayPal.

What happened to no randoms? We've had bad experiences with the randoms in the past not showing up.
Also
Why do non TD people wanna play in a TD tourny? Especially the diamond and almost master league peeps. Most of us are plat and below...
Something about adding in some random favourites makes the tourney seem lame.
Its like Brendan Shanihan showing up to your houseleague hockey game...just for the fun of it. o_O

Bloo is a good guy, he's been on vent before / played matches with me and remy and some others. He's pretty commited to starcraft I don't think we'll have any issues. I can't vouch for his friend but fun is fun no?
It's only 2 people, and only 1 of them is lesser known. I wouldn't be recruiting people into the tournament if i didn't think they wouldn't be good for it.
Also, someones gotta be the best somewhere, having more diamonds (biop is the only diamond in TD atm IIRC) means more practice against better players, playing against better players means we get better with time, even if we lose.

Well, no offense to you two guys, but the point of these are "in house tournaments". Meaning they are open to TD members and regulars (meaning no randoms). We all know each other, and will have fun playing each other. Not many of us are highly skilled, and it would be ridiculous for you two to come in and destroy us when you don't even know us.
That being said, it's cool you guys have taken interest on these tournys. Stick around, hang out in vent, play us in some games, make some posts on the forums, get to know us. And I would see no problem letting you in on these in the future.
