I've been using f.lux on my phone and windows for a few months now, basically it's a program that you can toggle to lower the blue light coming from your screen to relieve eye strain.

Basically does the same thing as the gunner eye-wear.

I installed F.lux Oct 23, 2011 (10/23/2011) according to Windows. I love it. I have it change with daytime/daylight as there are windows where my PC is at.
You can disable it for games, but I haven't bothered.

If so, you can adjust this with any Nvidia card using Nvidia's control panel...
