i'm guessing the problem is people see the small serving size and mistakenly believe that it can't contain "that much" caffeine and it's cool to just pound a few for an extra lift.

5Hour energy is very different then other energy drinks.

It's like death in a shot glass. Actually I think it's worse for your liver then a shot of alcohol.......

ALL energy drinks are bad nonetheless. They're all bad for heart, and like cock said, your liver. Years ago I used to be addicted to energy drinks....used to drink a few every day...which lead to heart palpitations every day which didn't feel really cool.

They taste nice.
But I would have to agree with not feeling energetic.

I never get hyper after drinking one or anything, and I almost always feel the come down a short time after drinking.
