Yesterday on the Minecraft server around, Earthwake X was hosting mass spycrabs for the other players and he was accepting donations from them. Happy told him only mods/admins are permitted to hold the crabs and accept donations from other players, and later proceeded to get me. I asked Earthwake who gave him permission to hold the spycrabs/ accept and ask for donations. He told me that 14 and Bird had given him permission before hand to host the crab plus accept donations so he continued with the crabbing.
After talking with 14 and bird this was not the case. 14 had actually caught him few days ago doing a crab, explained everything, but since he joined in the middle of it, he allowed Earth to finish the crab as to not disrupt anything, but explained that there MUST be a mod/admin present to hold them, and followed it up by saying he would allow it this ONCE, since he was already in the middle of it.
Bird also confirmed he did not give permission to Earth.
With this I concluded, that he has been doing this for a while, has been "caught" by other mods and have the rules explained to him, yet he ignores the mods/admins and continues to hold the crabs, while saying the mods gave him permission.

Videos of him doing the crab, asking for donations.. REQUIRING ATLEAST 4 PEOPLE AND A SCRAP FROM EACH, in order to do another crab, and claiming he had permission from 14 and bird..... He later after I told him i already talked to 14, said it was Bird who gave him permission.
NOTE: 8:30-10min on the first video I would deem important and a must watch. I know 10 min can be long to watch a crab, so if you dont intended to watch the full. the beginning and end would be key points in the clips.
