Duels and Micspammers

Duels is having a real nasty issue that seems to be plaguing Server 2, Haven't checked the others yet. and Micspammers seem to be running rampant today, Not much I can do besides try speak to them to get them to stop, but they just ignore as soon as they realize I am powerless.

To add to that, you could call in a mod if that occurs. I'm available pretty much anytime I'm not sleeping or at school. :P
