Welcome back from the afterworld, @Dizerk.

It will take time for me to return your verdict as I have become inactive due to workload. In the meantime, if you still need a place to trade, there are sites such as these:

Unfortunately, even if I were to grant this appeal, I do not believe D2L will revert their ban. This is why I am providing you with some alternative sites.

If anyone questions the Caution Tag, you can link them to your original appeal. Suffice to say, even if the DGN tag were to be changed, I am unable to give you a timeline of when that would take place due to internal problems and communication on control of our DGN Scammer/Caution tags.
