I think it's even more then Bjr implies, it's not just the reuse of the movements, it's also the timing, beat and rhythm of the music that's reused or else the movements wouldn't fit.
But Auron still got it right. You know how many drawings it takes to make a Disney film? Each frame is drawn by hand, that's 30 frames per second for 90 minutes or so. That's a lot of drawing. How much did you want to pay to see or buy a Disney movie?

Edit2: I miss spoke, not every scene is drawn from scratch either, that's the WHOLE success of Walt's brilliance. He invented the technique of layers for each frame, that's the whole premise of his success. Most frames have reuse built in, or else it would take 4000 animators, 20 years to make one movie. His whole brilliance and invention is BASED on reuse of drawings in layers!
