Thanks For Viewing Sir... I am a mod on a Minecraft server and I am previously skilled. First, I ask the players on the server if they know anything and or have any proof againest the scammer. Proof isn't required if most server players agree... I say WARNING 1 and kick the player if required. I WILL NOT USE THIS POSITION FOR PERSONAL USES AND OR WILL NOT KICK/BAN PLAYERS UNLESS REQUIRED... Thanks.

But.. now that you know where the Darkly forums are; if you do come across some people breaking servers rules, you know where to come to.

Second, 110% of the time - PROOF IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED, no exceptions - we do not take any action against a player for any trade-related issues without being absolutely sure of what happened - and hearsay from random players doesn't cut it. We have specific standards for proof which must be met - you may find them here.

A couple things if I might just put out there about your application.

Thirdly, you seem to have been begging in servers asking for something and to be given something, you also seem to have a bit of an attitude towards players and seem a little bit immature plus I see no rule enforcing. Can be found here, and in the images I have provided. Overall I'm going to say that you are far from ready yet and maybe a couple months/years you can mature a little.

Well, first of all he interupted a multiple of Tick's games. (would tag him but can't exactly. don't know how.) He interupts people on the Mic frequently, (which I do too, but have worked on.) sends random trades all the time, begs for items... Just an all-round annoyance.

I concur. I've seen Bolt around #2 and he's shown to me a lack of respect, responsibility and he unfortunately does not work well with others. What Matthew shared in the chat log above shows currently that you're trying to prey on other players for their things, and that's a no-no. Good luck in your application, Bolt.

From the examples I see and the chat logs in this app... I firmly believe that you are not fit to serve as a mod at this point in time. You may reapply in 6 months if you feel you are more prepared for the position.
