it's hella cheap, and i'd vouch for it but it's literally stripped to the bare minimum: panel, mysql and server. ddos protection isn't that necessary during the first month but what's concerning is that they have no toronto location. i don't know their closest location either, but i'd guess new york.
a2g is like 2x (~3x) the price of minerack and their panel is laggy, but they have a toronto location.
Low Budget just get the $4 minerack server for now seeing as we don't need DDoS protection, but on the second month we'll need to get the $8 package + $3 for a dedicated ip in case of ddos.
i was originally thinking of staying with minerack just to get everything set up, and once it's all good we move over to a2g since all the panel work will be done but i'm wondering if minerack even has the ability to let you export everything.

Yes, I agree with you shoot. We should at least test minerack's pings (I had no issue for me in Toronto, Leon in Ottawa, Mandy in buttfuck nowhere and a couple other guys across Ontario). For the price, hell, we should give 'er. I'll even pay it myself.

instead of making numerous portals to different poitns on the world, i was thinking of perhaps when they spawn in, give them a choice of tp'ing to a safezone like in feelz? so like we'd have 4 safezones in the world near the main spawn, but the main spawn is in the pvp world if you get what i mean. so like, the main spawn won't be in its' own seperate world.
