Did some digging. Found, among a slew of other personal information, his AIM/MSN Messenger contact details, email, and a site or two which he supposedly has been active on recently. Flooded him with messages.

He'd on my friends list too, and has been online several times and even in-game, but never responds to my messages. There's not much else I can do besides spam his email with like an email per second, which is technically illegal without an unsubscribe link, so...
