BANNED Darkly-Toronto-TF2-Trade/Idle-#2 server

This user has joined the Darkly-Toronto-TF2-Trade/Idle-#2 server, and I believe a few other Darkly Trade Servers, the last three or four days between 12AM and 4AM EST. During his stay on the server he has mic spammed music continuously and is inhibiting trade on the server via voice communication for extended periods of time. This user does not appear to be productive to the server environment and is simply trolling for his enjoyment and to the detriment of others. Direct verbal abuse to other members on the server has also been observed. This user has been told many times politely to stop and refrain from such acts yet continues to do so and taunt others.

Thanks for the report, I was planning on stalking him for a while to catch him out.
But I had a look around his profile and a lot of what I saw suggests that he does this on a regular basis.
I think his spamming is not limited to Darkly, or even TF2, going by a group that he has made.

I'm going to go ahead and perm him on the basis that he seems like he wouldn't care either way.
