Quantum accused MoldehNinjah of scamming him. Quantum traded an item to MoldehNinjah, who was supposed to pay with PayPal. I know these are iffy situations, but I feel this should be looked into. The pastebin above is the relevant chat. If need be, you can check the logs from about 20 minutes ago from the time this is posted.

First of all, I can't take this report if a DGN Admin was not present, second of all, why would the accused offer to buy your Bills...then scam you later? o.O
